TI-89 is the best graphing calculator you can buy.

The TI-89 is the most widely acceptable calculator in engineering programs and is a godsend in calculus. They also operate using the easiest to understand system; HP’s commonly use reverse polish notation which in theory allows for fewer keystrokes but is an absolute pain if your not aquanted with it. The TI-89 will likely be easier to get a hold of.
