Supposely, that computer science has the highest drop out rate of any major, I was wondering what the weed out course was.

Usually the first two (the “101″ and “102″ classes). That’s because some people don’t grok programming, and people who don’t already have a head start from personal experience should go back to plowing fields or whatever because there are too many programmers.
