    Here is a good topic…

    “Cross platform implementations of SOAP based web services”

    The general idea is to create a web service with .NET and create a client with perl or C on a linux/unix device.

    You could start off by explaining the idea behind SOAP and give a technical overview of the technology. You could then provide source code in both .NET (probably C#) and perl.
