There is no Harvard CS school. For undergrad there is Harvard college and Harvard extension school. They both give liberal arts degrees – not CS degrees.
Harvard college is insanely hard to get into. You basically need nearly a 4 GPA, near perfect sats, and killer extracurriculars. Even then your odds will only be about 10%.
Harvard extension school is however another mater. It has an open admission policy:

To get into CS you don’t need to go to Harvard – any reliable school will do just fine.
