I think new CPU and MOTHERBOARD series is good subject.
you can give a seminaar on the size of memory, that how to increase the size of memory in a small space. thaat is now a days a research is going on that how to use a electron as a memory space. Acording to this if this result of this research is positive then we can store near about 30,000 movies in a single ipod.
