I’m planning on going to University of Toronto and studying computer engineering. But if i want to switch to something like medical science, would i be able to do that while in university? even if i dont have biology credit from high school?

You should contact an adminstrator who would know the answer because avability of the major varies throughout the year.
highschool credit real counts for nothing once you are in college. Once in college people often change their degree majors and as long as you do this by the end of freshmen year you won’t be that bad off. The only problem would come if you are 2 or 3 years into the engineering degree and then decide to switch. That will mean an extra year or two of school to make up for the classes you need to get.
