Stanford University for a Second degree?

I am currently a student in Imperial College London. I am studying Mechanical Engineering and I am going to get my Bachelor degree in the end of this year.I am not really interested in Mechanical Engineering and I would like to have a second degree in Computer Science at Stanford University.Can I get admission for a second degree? And if yes what are the requirements? I have 3 GCE’s with grades A. What else shall I do?
Because doing a master in computer science means that I know a lot about computers but i don’t!

    Most schools won’t consider admitting you for a second bachelors degree. Here’s Stanford’s policy.

    Why would you want to do that when you can apply there to get a masters degree instead. A Masters is quite a bit more valuable.
