Part time/ Correspondence programs for ME/MTech in Computer Science in India?
I am interested in knowing what among the available options for distance learning in ME/MTech (Comp. Sc) would be a fair choice. I am interested in pursuing a masters in computer science engineering through the distance mode. I am based out of Hyderabad, India. Will appreciate any information provided.

are computer science students allowed to do projects in matlab?
I’m a final year Btech computer science student.As a part of my final year project,I’m planning to do a project using neural networks.I want to know whether we will b allowed to do projects in matlab being a computer science student..and anyone know hw tugh it wuld be to do a project using neural networks?

I am going to study computer science in Canada 4 years in low price universities-105k $ in Germany it’s five years 1 year language-25k $ 4 years in any university I want 50k$ so the difference is 30k $ but five years in Germany also the climate (Munich in Germany to Brock (near Toronto) in Canada) quality of life what stereotypes do u know?
