Firewall

The Zone Alarm that consumers pay for is the most user unfriendly peice of garbage. I heard it was recommended by PC Magazine for people to purchase as the best firewall out there. Since installing it, we have had nothing but problems. One would have to have a Masters or Doctorate in Computer Science/Applications to use it correctly, but if I had that much schooling in computers I would write a better firewall. Why should people pay for such a horrible product?
