Too bad about Waterloo. That’s a great program for your field. But you did get accepted to U of T, which I consider stronger than Waterloo. It’s worth considering.
The other schools, I’m less familiar with their CS program. I’m in the US, so I only recruited out of the two that we in the US think are the strongest: U of T, and Waterloo. That doesn’t mean that others on your list aren’t great.
Definitely do an internship while you study. This will make you look good to employers when you come out.
