Work Area

  • Keep your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered benches and dark areas invite accidents.
  • Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of. flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
  • Keep bystanders, children, and visitors away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.

Electrical Safety

  • Grounded tools must be plugged into an outlet properly installed and grounded in accordance with all codes and or dinances. Never remove the grounding prong or modify the plug in and way. Do not use any adapter plugs. Check with a qualified electrician if you are in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly grounded. If the tools should electrically malfunction or break down, grounding provides a low resistance path to carry electricity away from the user.
  • Double insulated tools are equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other.) This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug If it still {foes not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install a polarized outlet. Do not change the plug in any way. Double Insulation eliminates the need for the three wire grounded power cord and grounded power supply system.
  • Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges and refrigerators.
    There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is grounded
  • Don’t expose power tools to rain or wet conditions Water entering a power tool will increase tl e risk of electric shock
  • Do not abuse the cord Never use the cord to carry the tools or pull the plug from an outlet Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts Replace damaged cords immediately Damaged cords increase the risk of electric shock.
  • When operating a power tool outside, use an outdoor extension cord marked “W-A” or “W ’ These cords are rated for outdoor use and reduce the risk of electric shock

Personal Safety

  • Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool Do not use •tool while tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication, A moment of inat -tention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.
  • Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Contain long hair Keep your hair, chothing, and gloves away from moving parts Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts/
  • Avoid accidental starting. Be sure Switch is off before plugging in. Carrying tools with your finger on the switch or plugging in tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
  • Remove adjusting keys or switches befor turning the tool on. A wrench or a key that is left attached to a rotating part of the tool may result in personal injury.
  • Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Proper footing and balance enables better control of the tool in unexpected situations.
  • Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection must be used for appropriate conditions.

Tool Use and Care

  • Use clamps or other practical way to secure and support the workpiece to a table platform. Holding the work by hand or against your body is unstable and may lead to loss of control.
  • Do not force tool. Use the correct tool for your application. The correct tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it is designed.
  • Do not use tool if switch does not turn it on or off. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
  • Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments,changing accessories, or storing the tool.Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the tool accidentally.
  • Store idle toois out of reach of children and other untrainea persons Tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
  • Maintain tools with care. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained tools, with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
  • Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition that may affect the tools operation. If damaged, have the tool serviced before using. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained tools.
  • Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model. Accessories that may be suitable for one tool, may become hazardous when used on another tool.


  • Tool service must be performed only by qualified repair personnel. Service or maintenance performed by unqualified personnel could result in a risk of injury.
  • When servicing a tools, use only identical replacement parts.
    Follow instructions in the Maintenance section of this manual. Use of unauthorized parts or failure to follow maintenance instructions may create a risk of electric shock or injury.

Additional Safety Rules for Grinders

  • Always use proper guard with grinding wheel. A guard protects operator from broken wheel fragments.
  • Accessories must be rated for at least the speed recommended the tool warning label. Wheels and other accessories running over rated speed can fly apart and cause injury.
  • Once installed, check new or replacement wheels. Any undetected crack or flaw can be checked by holding the tool in a well protected area and let it run for one minute. If the wheel has an undetected crack or flaw, it should burst in less than one minute.
  • Hold tool by insulated gripping surfaces when performing an operation where the cutting tool may contact hidden wiring or its own cord. Contact with a “live” wire will make exposed metal parts of the tool “live* and shock the operator.

Functional Description

This angle grinder has been designed for industrial grinding and cutting applications. Please refer to Figure 1 to familiarize yourself with the major components of this tool before use.

Check for damage to the tool, parts or accessories which may have occurred during transport. Take the time to thoroughly read and understand this manual prior to operation.

To install grinding wheel:

  1. Depress and hold down spindle lock.
  2. Remove outer flange with spanner. (Fig.2)
  3. If necessary, remove and re – insert (flip over) inner flange to accom -modate wheel arbor. (One side of the inner flange is for 5/8″ wheel arbor and the other for 7/8*.)
  4. Install grinding of cutting wheel. (Fig.3)
  5. Insert outer flange and tighten with spanner
  6. If necessary, adjust wheel guard to appropriate position
  7. Install side handle on either side of grinder by turning clock wise(Fig4)

This heavy duty finder is designed for the following uses:

  • Removal of casting fin and finishing on various types of steel, bronze and aluminum materials and castings. Beveling and finishing weld seams. Grinding of welded sections cut by means of welding.
  • Grinding of synthetic resins, brick marble , etc.
  • Cutting thin wall tubes and small size metal materials.

For proper operations:

  1. Be sure power plug is snug against wall receptacle or extension cord.
  2. Firmly hold grinder with one hand and push ON/OFF switch forward to start.
  3. Grinding should be done at about 30° for roughing and about 15 0 for finishing. (Fig.5)
  4. Use side handle to help steady tool and assist movement.
  5. Slide ON/OFF switch toward the rear to stop grinder when finished.
  6. Avoid overloading the machine for a long time.

WARNING! If any of the following events occur during normal operation, the power supply should be cut off at once and tool thoroughly inspected by a qualified person and repaired if necessary:

  • The turning parts get stuck or speed drops abnormally low.
  • The tool shakes abnormally accompanied by some unusal noise.
  • The motor housing gets hot and/or oder present.
  • Heavy sparks occur around the motor area.


  • WARNING. Do not allow brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based products penetrating oils, etc. come in contact with plastic parts. They contain chemicals that can damage, weaken or destroy the housing, thus compromising the integraty of the double insulation.
  • Inspecting the grinding wheel. Ensure that the grinding wheel is free of cracks and surface defects. Replace the grinding wheel when it has been worn out.
  • Inspecting the mounting screws. Regularly inspect all mounting screws and ensure that they are properly tightened. Should any of the screws be loose, tighten them immediately. Failure to do so could result in serious injuries.
  • Maintenance of the motor.
    The motor unit winding is the very ‘heart’of the power tool. Exercise due care to the brush holders.
  • Replacing a carbon brush.
    Remove the carbon brush housing cap with a fiat blade screwdriver. Take old brush out and install new brush. Make sure the brush slides freely inside the brush housing
    Do not over-tighten the carbon brush housing cap.
  • Repairs should be done only by a qualified service technician using identical parts to ensure the integrity of double insulation.


  • A spanner (Fig. 2) is included for tightening and removing the inner and outer flanges. Also included is a set of spare carbon brushes to prolong the life of your tool.
  • For grinding operations, use only depressed center wheels of proper diameter.

3. Pengoperasian

  1. Letakkan sediaan pada meja kerja mikroskop dan jepit dengan per
    penjepit jika diperlukan.
  2. Kendurkan tombol pengunci untuk memindahkan badan mikroskop ke atas atau ke bawah sampai mendekati jarak kerja yang sesuai. Kemudian kuncikanlah tombol itu.
  3. Putar tombol pemfokus untuk menggerakkan badan mikroskop ke atas atau ke bawah untuk mendapatkan bayangan yang jelas pada mata kanan, kemudian putar cincin dioptri pada tabung sebelah kiri untuk menjadikan bayangan pada mata kiri menjadi jelas dan fokus (sambil menutup mata kanan). Kemudian lihatlah dengan kedua mata untuk mendapatkan gambar stereo yang realistis.

4. Perawatan

  1. Setelah selesai digunakan, bersihkan meja kerja dengan lap kain.
  2. Tombol harus dilonggarkan untuk menurunkan badan mikroskop ke posisi terendah.
  3. Mikroskop harus disimpan di tempat yang kering dan bersih, bebas dari asam dan basa untuk menghindari kerusakan.
  4. Jangan mencoba membongkar mikroskop sendiri.
  5. Hindarkan mikroskop dari benturan.

Mikroskop ini digunakan untuk penelitian biologi di sekolah, lembaga penelitian, dan juga untuk uji klinis dan demonstrasi pengajaran. Dengan menggunakan objektif dan okuler yang berbeda akan dihasilkan pembesaran total yang berbeda-beda, pembesaran maksimum adalah 20x, 500x.

3. Pengoperasian

  1. Letakkan mikroskop di meja pada jarak yang sesuai dengan pemakai sehingga memudahkan pengamatan.
  2. Putarlah lensa objektif 4x, yang berkekuatan rendah, sehingga berada tepatdi atas lubang pada meja sediaan.
  3. Aturlah diafragma. Lihatlah melalui lensa okuler sambil mengatur posisi cermin sehingga diperoleh bidang penglihatan yang terang dan bersih. Gunakan cermin cekung jika sumbercahaya kurang terang.
  4. Pasanglah sediaan yang akan diamati pada meja sediaan dengan penjepit.
  5. Aturlah pemfokus kasar sambil dilihat dan samping, sampai jarak lenda dengan dengan sediaan ± 4 mm.
  6. Lihatlah melalui lensa okuler sambil mengatur pemfokus kasar perlahan-lahan sampai diperoleh bayangan yang cukup jelas, kemudian fokuskan dengan memutar pemfokus halus secara perlahan.
  7. Untuk melihat sediaan dengan lebih detail, putarlah revolver ke lensa objektifpembesaran 10x, kemudian 40x.
  8. Bila penggunaan mikroskop sudah selesai putarlah lensa objektif terlemah ke arah sumber optik, baru sediaan diambil dari meja sediaan.


  1. Setelah digunakan, mikroskop harus disimpan kembali di kotak kayu dan harus disimpan di tempat yang kering dan sejuk, bebas dari asam dan basa. Suhu dalam ruangan sekitar 0 – 40°C dan kelembaban relatif maksimal 85%.
  2. Mikroskop ini telah diuji dan diperiksa secara teliti. Jika tidak dibutuhkan objektif dan okuler jangan dibongkar. Jika terdapat debu, bersihkan dengan menggunakan peniup, lalu sikat dengan sikat kering yang berambut halus.
  3. Debu yang terdapat di bagian mekanik dilap dengan kain lembut yang bersih. Bagian yang bergesekan yang tidak dicat harus dilumasi tipis-tipis dengan oli yang tidak korosif.
  4. Jika tombol pemfokus terlalu kencang atau kendur saat diputar, tahan tombol pengatur dengan satu tangan dan putar tombol yang lain dengan tangan lainnya. Longgarkan tombol tersebut jika terlalu kencang, kencangkan jika longgar. Jangan menyetel mikroskop dengan paksa.
  5. Hindarkan mikroskop dari benturan.
  6. Jangan menyentuh lensa dengan tangan, karena pada kulit tangan terdapat keringat.
